L. Mackenzie King, to-day introduced into the House of Commons the Washington Conference Treaties, which were signed on' behalf of Canada by Sir Robert Borden, as a climax to the opening-of the fiiret so»si®n of the fourteenth Canadian' Parliament. Mf Kihg indicated that t&e question of ratification of the Treaties would be submitted to the House at an early date.
