Mr Jones, M:P., thought that the representation' at the conference was immaterialjVas the agreement upon details would.,be by consent. He thought the only matters thai would be in disEute would be the questions of the oard's endowments, and of the representation on the new Board: failing conference agreeing on these points, then it would resolve itself into a trial ' of strength in the House. Mr Manhire said that if there were only five bodies on the north bank, each should be represented by one delegate each. Mr Peryman said that there were other bodies on the south bank, in addition to the Board, which would like to be represented. The motion was agreed to and it was decided to hold the conference on the 21st inst., at 10.30 a.m. Mesys Opie, Jones, Bruce, Peryman,'Spencer, and Staples were appointed the Board's delegates.
