The Ambassadors' Conference has do eided to represent to Hungary the inadequacy of excluding Karl from the throne, nnd to demand that the terms of the Throne Forfeiture Bill be extended so as to cover every member of the Hapßburg dynasty, BUDAPEST, November 8. During the debate on the Crown Forfeiture Bill two deputies declared that the dethronement of the Hapsburgs fulfilled the old wish of the Hungarian nation. (Received November 7th, 8 p.m.) VIENNA. November 7.. The Hungarian National Assembly unanimously read a second time the Bill dethroning the Hapsburgs, several Legitimists and Christian Nationalists having previously left the Chamber as a protest. In the House of Representatives, all parties spoke strongly, resenting foreign interference in Hungary's domestic affairs. The Premier, Count Bethlen, declared that Hungary had voluntarily repelled Karl's illtime attempts to recover the Crown, not under foreign pressure. INTERNMENT INT MADEIRA. LIBBON, November 6. The Government has consented to the internment of the ex-Emperor Karl and his family in Madeira.
