NEW REGULATIONS. The By-laws Committee of the City Council last night recommended that the decision of the Council defining the course of the footpath across street intersections be carried out aB soon as possible at the following intersections: —ln Colombo street, from Armagh street to Cashel Btreet; at the intersection of High and Cashel streets; at the Clock Tower corner; also that notices be erected notifying pedestrians that they must cross such intersections within the lines so defined, in accordance with the by-law relating thereto.
