(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM^ WELLINGTON, October 14. Delegates to the conference of i-he Superannuated Public Servants' Association met members of Parliament and discussed the aims of the Association, . pointing out the ..disadvantages which members of the Association laboured under owing to the reiusal of the Government .to grant an increased uonus, and asking members of r argument to secure a debate in the House concerning tlieir position. Mr \V. A. Yeiteh (,H anganui) said he thought a debate would not do much good.. Tho position which had arisen required a enquiry. He suggested the appointment of a Parliamentary Committee to investigate the whole position and make recommendations. Sir John Luke (Wellington North) agreed with Mr Yeiteh, and expressed the sympathy of members of Parliament with the aims of tha deputation.
