MOTOR-CAR REGISTRATION.

NEW DISTRICTS PBOPOSED. (4V Waitaki river to Shag river, running back to Mt. Ihinston, and bounded on the west ,by line running from Lake Ohau to Mt. Dunston. Registration mark "NO," and number. J (5) From south. boundary of F* 0 -.* to Otago Police boundary, just north of "Waikawa rivsr. Registration, maris "O," and number. . (6) All that part south of line_ running from Big Bay to Mt. Aspiring, thenoe south to thence S.S.E. to Waikawa. Registration mark "S," arid number. ' (7) Teremakau river to Big Bay, bounded on .east by Southern Alps. (9) All that part north of Kowhai river, and bounded on east by Marlborough boundary. Registration mark' "N," and number. Where considered, necessary, these areas could' bo divided into smaller 3ub-areas, marked by a smaller letter (a), (b), or (c), following registration mark. , It was further recommended that all traffic control should be in the hands of "the police. , , , The recommendations were adopted, and it was decided to forward a copy to the .Minister in charge of the Motor Vehicles Bill.. -
