THE SICKNESS AT OHAU PA.
(PBESS ASSOCIATION TELEOBAK.) PALMERSTON N., October 10. Regarding the reported outbreak of pneumonic influenza at the Maori pa» near Onau, Dr. J. E. Fade, health officer, for Wellington district, informed a reporter that suspicions were aroused in the minds of the authorities owing to the symptoms that the sickness might be typhoid fever, and tests were being carried out this afternoon.
