VIOLENT STORM.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TEIEQBIXIS.) TE AWAMUTU, October 8. A violent storm of the nature of a cloud-burst passed over Te Awamutu to-day. Hailstones fell six inches deep on the roads, lodging up to two feefl azainst builcliiieß. Many shops were flooded. The storm lasted half an hour'.
