FAMOUS BLOOD TEST.
TO THE EDITOR oV- "THE PEESS." ' Sir, —-The article under the' above. heading published in "The Press" ol Saturday last, has attracted my attention, not so much that portion under the sub-heading of "Feud between two doctors," a3 it appeared to me to have been a hoax by one doctor on another The part of the article 1 specially refer to was that which read: "Dr. Albert Abrams, who recently astounded physicians of. the world by his theory that the race of an individual, or the race of that individual's parents may be decided by certain tests of the blood." As you,-are aware, I am one of' hundreds of thousands of Anglo-Saxons who "claim that pur nation ..is Semette, and, not -Japhetic. That we ; as a nation, and a company 'of nations, represent the Northern Kingdom of Israel, who lost their kingdom'sdme 2600 years ago, .being'taken into captivity, and whose identity was completely lost, since known as the.hwt ten tribes. But, after a period of seven times punish- ; ment for idolatry, i.e., 2500 years, they have been discovered in the AngloSaxon nations-MJreat Britain and America. The interesting point would be to show by such a test if the affinity of Anglo-Saxon- and Jew (Judah) responded to the test of blood. An interesting extract from "The Fifth' Universal Empire"' read's as follows: "Strange as it may appear, the human bone of the Anglo-Saxon race, and that of the Jewish people, are alike unsuitaWe fnr museum purposes. We have information from what we deem reliable authority that experiments have been conducted in the United States, . with the result that the human bone of an Anglo-Saxon, and" that, of a Jew, will always remain a brownish or dirty colour, even after being put through the process of bleaching, whereas the bone of every other race will easily bleach a clean white colour." If this process is consistent, which there is no reason to doubt, thtn there is another prob'em for the scientists to solve, viz., why this peculiarity in the-human of the Anglo-Saxon race? Your readers will doubtless reading the remarks made by the Chief Rabbi, at the recent civic reception, when he advanced the several striking resemblances existing between the Jew and the Anglo-Saxon. The British-Israel belief is no fad, but an interesting and valuable study, worthy the closest investigation by all thoughtful and thinking people.—Yours, ettr., JOHN R. BRUNT. July 25th.
