THE WAIKATO COAL MINERS.
(PBESS ASSOCIATION* TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, March ,25,
The minere at Pukemiro did not work yesterday owing, it is stated, to the mine manager not agreeing to guarantee them a full day's work on account of the uncertainty of an adequate supply of trucks. There were sufficient trucks at Uhe mine to last liau a day. Tho Botowaru and Taupiri Extended mines worked a full day.
