LOYAL OITY OF' CHRISTCHURCH LODGE.

At the quarterly mating of the Loyal Citv of Christchurch Lodge, 1.0.0. F., M.U., the Deputy G.M., Bro. W. R. Gahagan, paid an official visit. The annual balance-sheet was presented by tho secretary, Bro. T. J. Archbold, who congratulated the lodge on the large increase of funds and members, tho membership being. 491, as against 486 the previous year. Tho sum of £2121 11a had been transferred to a surplus fund for the purpose of relieving! members over the age of 65 from paying further sick and funeral contributions. COURT STAB OF CAKTERBTJBY. At a meeting of Court Star of Canterbury No. 2309, A.0.F., Bro. T. Douglas presided. Reports were received from the Court's delegates to the Friendly Societies' Council Ben*; volent Association And Dispensary. The bal-ance-sheet was read by. the secretary.
