DOMAINS BOARD.

Mr George Harper presided over yesterday'B meeting of the Domains Board. He stated that he hoped ,to commence the rock garden early this aultumn. Mr Young reported that several fire* had occurred in Park hedges caused by some poisonous chemical substance being spread along the footpath. The Board decided to write, to the Waimairi County Council, which had spread tie substance, pointing out the danger of fires. The chairman of the Gardens.
