"The Cub," the Royal Air Force's latest engine, which has been successfully tested, ?s of 1000 horse-power, and has 18 cylinders. It is understood that it will be fitted in a Titania flying boat, which is a huge air destroyer with a range of 1500 miles, and carries a crew of 10. It is expected that the advent of "The Cub" will make it possible for air liners, carrying 250 passengers, to maintain a regular service- between London and New York, taking 2i hours on the trip.
