PEACE WITH KEMAUSTS. (By Gablo-7-Prc£3 Association—Copyright.) (Keuter's Telegrams.) PARIS, December 9. The Foreign Office has received a telegram from Tiflis, stating that a peace treaty between tiie iveinalists and the Armenians has been signed at Alesandropol. The Armenians retain Erivan (the capital) and Lake Goktcha, but surrender tho fortresses of Kars and Alexandropol, and also practically all their arms and ammunition. GREEK POLICY. LONDON, December 10. M. Gounaris declares that Greece intends to to oppose Kemal i Pasha. "It is to our interest to work j with tho Allies," he says, "and we intend to do so in every way."
