FREEZING WORKERS' DISPUTE.

(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGBAII.) WELLINGTON, December 11. On behalf of the Federated Freezing Companies, Mr J. Milne, general manager of the Wellington Meat Export Company, to-day made the following statement in to Mr iNiall, sccre- j tary of the F. ~ r,g Workers' federation: —'!£ w is'L point out that one conference with the employees' representatives was 'held in October, and at a later conference of freezing companies a committee was set up to meet_ the Federation representatives. Mr >."iall, on behalf of the Federation, declined this conference, as already reported in a previous Press message. In hja statement Mr Is'iall ignores tho fact that the companies offered to submit the dispute to the Arbitration Court."
