PROPOSED AUSTRALIAN BILL.

In th<j House of Representatives, Mr Tudor moved an amendment on behalf of Mr Ryan, who is campaigning in Queensland, that tho Judiciary Bill be withdrawn, and that there be substituted therefor a Bill giving power to tho Higli Court to compel nianufnclurers and others to give tho cpst_ tff production, manufacture, and shipping, and show what profit is made on the capital invested. Tho Bill is also to provide penalties for faleo information, or refusal to sunply in formation. Mr Tudor added that company operations in the past three years showed the nefossity for such legislation. Of fi 110.000.000 share capital, £62,000,000 was actual capital. , .
