THE GREEK WAY. < (Received July 12th, 5.5 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE. July 12. The Greeks have given the Kemalists a drastic-lesson. They executed great numbers of prisoners taken after the fall of Balikossar, on the ground that the troops were irregulars, and must be regarded as bandits. Only 100 were spared for trial. THE TURKISH TREATY. SPA, July 11. Minor changes were made in tho Turkish Treaty, which will be present'ed to the Turks on July 17th. The Turkish signature will be required within ten days.
