SHIPPING NOTES. On her arrival at Lyttelton on Sunday morning the ferry steamer Maori will go into dock for cleaning and painting, and also to have her propellers changed. She will be floated out on ilipnday in time to load for Wellington as Usual. The Koromifco is expected to leave Ntewcastle to-day for Lyttelton. She should ar-. rive here about "Wednesday next. Tho Corinna is duo here from southern porta on Tuesday next, and is to sail tho same evening for Nelson and New Plymouth. The S.S. and A. steamer Pakeha arrived at Melbourne from the United Kingdom on Saturday last. After discharging .at Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane she will come to Now Zealand to load, and is due hero about the end of tho month. Having completed loading h*r cargo of mutton, the S.S. and A. chartered, steamer Narenta left for Wellington last evening to bunker. She is to leave Wellington tomorrow for London.
The Ngatoro, with timber from Kaipara, is net now due here until Sunday. The Ngakuta is due hero at • tho end of the week with a full cargo of coa-1 from Greymouth. Mr J. Loug, at Lyttelton yesterday, signed on the Te Anau as third officer.
Mr'S. J. ilunn, second officer of the Wihine, has left, the vessel. The Zealandic is due at Wellington on Saturday from Bluff, and will loavo Wellington on Monday for London via Panama. The F. and S. steamer Durham is duo at Timaru. from Wellington, on Monday, to load. She will return to Wellington about July 17th, and will sail from that port about July 21st for New York.
The Devon and Wangaratta, now discharging in Australia, are both duo in New Zealand about tho end of the present month for Boston and New Tork.
The Westmeat-h, which is due here 011 Thursday from Wellington to continue discharge, "will subsequently proceed to Dunedin. where die will complete discharge, and then to Nc-.vcustlo to bunker. She will return to New Zealand next month to load for Liverpool. The Huddart-Parker steamer Westralia. is due at Wellington to-day from Melbourne with I!>4 passengers for New Zealand. The Westra-lia also brings 780 tons of cargo for Wellington, and 330 tons for Lyttelton. She is due here on Sunday, and is timed to leave on Monday for Melbourne, via D-unedin and Bluff. The Otarama left Lyttelton yesterday morning for Wellington, where she will take in bunker coal before proceeding to Sydney and Melbourne. Tlio Kamona, from Auckland, via Napier, arrived early yesterday morning. "On completion of discharge of her largo Auckland cargo she will load for Wellington and Greymouth, for which ports she is due to sail on Saturday. . _ ... The Manuka, from Sydney, via, Wellington, is due here nest Wednesday, and is to leave the same evening on tho return trip. Tho Canterbury Steamship Company's three steamers, Calm, Breeze, and Storm, all arrived from Timp.ru yesterday morning, and Bailed last nigiif for Picton, and Wan-am; i respectively.
