Cloud (0-10) .. 2 8 The readings taken at the Asiburton Domain weather station at 9 a.m. yesterday were: —Barometer, 29.53; thermometer, max.. 64, ruin. 31; frost, 4degr. SUIOURY AND FORECAST. ' Barometric pressure has decreased, and freshening 1 easterly to northerly winds have prevailed. Tho weather has been dull and misty at times, and Tain has fallen in the northern districts and at scattered placoa elsewhere. Present indications are for strong northerly winds, and the barometer falling further everywhere. Expect cloudy, unsettled weather with rain generally, heavy rain in tho northern and southernmost districts, and alonsr the "West Coast, and enow probable on the high country of both islands.
