WHANGAREI, June 2. mromu Pite, a returned Maori soldier, was charged formally at the Magistrate s Court this morning with tho murder of __ Douglas Kaupeka, another returned Native soldier, by shooting him at Mokau, in the Helena district, on Sunday last.
