"Tho Uolshoviks openly declare that tho revolution will lie directed into Persia, which is the gateway to both Egypt and India, and later on it will penetrate to China, and the Impori:distic strongholds of Britain, America, and Japan." Crispian, tho Communist, who has been olected chairman of Herr Haasc's party of Extremists, has captured tho partv. which has renounced the Geneva Internationals, and decided to join TTio Russian Bolsheviks' now Internationale. GERMAN DUPLICITY. (llmttr'i Telegrams.) PARIS, December 6. According to a Bucharest telegram the Roumanians captured a, large aeroplano at Hotin, Bessarabia, which descended owing to engine trouble. The crew, comprising two German ofiicors i and three mechanics, were conveying i 360,000.000 roubles for the Bolsheviks in the Ukraine, and a printing machine enabling them to print bank notes, as well as Foveral thousand pounds worth of jewels of nil kinds. The aeroplane had been making a regular service between Germany and the Bolsheviks. Documents found lonvo no doubt of the insincerity of Germany towards the Entente. EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS. In the House of Lords Lord Stanmoro announced that Litvinoff's conditions for the exchange of prisoners wero unacceptable, but tho dispatch of clothing to Moscow for British prisoners had been arranged for. COPENHAGEN. December 9. j Tho "National Tidcndo" states that the negotiations between Mr J. O'Gradv. M.P., and Litvjnoff, fo r tho of prisoners, fniled, ljut will assist Britain to decide whether peace with the Bolsheviks in the Balkan States is advisablo. RUSSIA AND FINLAND. (Received December 11th. 8.20 p.m.) PARTS, December 7. The "Echo do Paris" says that Soviet delegates have arrived at llclsingfors to negotiate a provisional treaty of com- ! merce with Finland. In the House of Commons, Sir Hnmnr Greenwood stated that the Esthonians had been requested not. to take drastic action in regard to General Vnden itch's troops, pending the Allied Council's decision on the matter.
