Mexico asserted that there was no legal foundation or principle of international law in tho demand of tho United States for the release of Jenkins.] SOUTH AMERICAN MEDIATION. (Received November 30th, 6.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 29. Tho Argentine, Brazil, and Chile are reported to be contemplating offering their services in mediation between tho United States and Mexico. REPORTED REVOLT IN MEXICO. ("H-eulerV Telegram*J WASHINGTON, November 28. It is reported that a new revolt has broken out in Mexico, and that Carrnnza has fled from tho capital. The Stnto Department lias not confirmed the reports of the civil war in Mexico between Carranza and Obregon, and that Carranza has fled to Querotaro. (Renter'* Telegram*J (Received November 30th, 11.15 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, November 27. The report of fighting between tho Carranza and Obregon forces is denied.
