SINN FEIN OUTRAGES. (By Cable—Press Association—Oopyrisfht.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Aseocdation.) LONDON, October 12. The Irish Office has issued a return of outrages attributed to the Sinn Fein movement since May, 1916. The return shows that 14 police and military and two civilians were murdered, 54 police and military and 12 civilians were fired at, and 46 police and 14 civilians were assaulted. Raids, highway robberies and burglaries for arms and ammunition numbered 470, incendiary fires numbered 55, and firing into dwellings resulted in 261 cases of injury to property, and two of injury to the police and 28 to civilians. Altogether, the offences number 1293, " of which 110 occurred in Ulster, 277 in Leinster, 182 in Connaught, and 624 in Munster. M.P. A Court-martial sentenced O'Keefe, a Sinn Fein member of Parliament, who was arrested during a raid in September on the Sinn Fein headquarters in Dublin, to eighteen months' imprisonment for- seditious utterances. soldiersTdisiarmed. (Renter's T«legran>«.) (Received October 14th, 1.15 a.m,} LONDON, October 13. Fourteen men attacked a train between Cork and Qneenstown, disarmed three soldiers, and disappeared. There is no clue to the perpetrators.
