CONFERENCE IN AMERICA. (By Cable—Press Association—Copyrigiht.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received October 13th, 10.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, October 12. Tho British, French, Italian, and Belgian delegations to the International Trade Conference, which will be held at Atlantic City, have arrived. Tho iiritish delegation comprises six members, headed by Mr Barton Kent, a member of tho London Chamber of Commerce. Tho conference will discuss tho re-establishment of normal trado relations between the United States and Europe. The foreign delegations are the guests of the United States Chamber of Commerce. They will remain for six weoks, and visit the principal industrial centres.
