* CPBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, October 13. The project to bring over the NewSouth Wales State orchestra is taking shape. It is proposed to give concerts in the four principal cities, and also in Timaru, Oainaru. Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, Wanganui, and New Plymouth. The mayors of these towns are being communicated with, asking them to take up tho matter of procuring a guarantee. The expenses are estimated at £6769, and this amount must be guaranteed before the orchestra will be allowed to-; come, but the promoters do not anti- i cipato that the guarantees will be called on. in view of the success which attended similar performances by other, great orchestras , '
