LATEST INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED. , The following revised drees regulations : nave been issued by Defence Ho 'Iqimrtere:— FULL DRESS UNIFORM. i (a) Pending revision of tlio New Zealand ■ Dress Regulations, the following provisional regulations are isoucd for the iiilonnqlon and : gudanco of officers attending- investitures, ■ balls, and othf-r official and military or Bcmi- | official and semi-inilitary functions:— 1 (b) Officers in poescesion of the regulation scarlet or blue full dices or mess Ureas will wear earn© on appropriate occasibns as formerly. Officers who are not in possession of regv- . i n't ion full drc-ea or mess drees will wear I khaki in tubsrtitution of eame as under:— i (1) For outside functions, parades, etc.: Khaki uniform wiih breechee, brown boots and leggings (spurs for officers of Staff and mounted units), white shirt with doublo whits stiff collar (stand and fall), khaki lie, Sam Brown belt and brown plovcs, slouch hat with puggaree of authorised colours; eword if on parade. Orders, decorations, and medals to be worn as in full drcco. (2) For indoor functions: Khaki uniform with trousers or overalls, whit© shirt ■ wifii double white stiff collar (stand and fall), khaki tie, Sam Brown belt and brown gloves, elouch hat or cap. Ordens, decorations, and medals to be worn as in full dress. (c) Orders, decorations, and medals: Thrse will fee worn as laid down in G.O. 581-1918 on •01 forms of full dress. In dress only tje miniatures or miniature ribands will be ™.
