PRESS CONGRESS OF THE WORLD.
Dr. Walter Williams, Dean of the School of Journalism, University of Missouri, U.S.A., and President of the Press Congress of the World, writes under date April 4th, as follows, to Mr P. Selig, President of tho Newspaper Proprietors' Association of New Zealand :—
Through bulletin XVII. of the Press Congress of the World, of which a copy will bo mailed to you next week, you will find that it has been necessary, because of conditions therein stated, to re-set the Congress date for 1920. I am counting, with confidence, on a largo and representative attendance of the journalists of New Zealand at what will doubtless bo a most significants meeting.
