Norton Griffiths, in reference to. tho development of au Imperial Cabinet, me Right Hon. E. Sliortt, Socretnry of Stato for Home Affairs, said the Dominion Premiers now had the right to communioate direct with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and tho Dominion? had the right to nominate a visiting oi resident Minister in Londonj to he 8 member of the Imperial War Cabinet, except at such sessions as the Premier of the Dominion concerned may be attending personally.
