When the German friends of Bolshevism have all gone out of Russia thero will bo no fighters left to stand between Lenin and tho gallows. Under'Vologodsky's guidance all other Provincial Governments have set uo in opposition to Bolshevik tyranny. Thero conservative, constitutional GovernSocialist, Cossack, and militarist Governments," and even here and there the surviving friends of the bureaucracy are firmly held together by a common hatred of Bolshevism.
