LONDON CHAMBERS OF COM- ' MERCE RECOMMENDATIONS. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Australian and N. 4. Cable Association.) (Received December 26th. 7.45 p.m.) LONDON, December 21. Tho Council of the London Chambers of Commerce urges that duties should be levied on raw materials exported from British possessions unless intended for manufacturers in the United Kingdom. Tho Council also urges that the British Government should cease to act as trading intermediary between producers and consumers.
