NEW YORK, December 20. The Berlin correspondent of the "New York Times" has ascertained that the Kaiser's private fortune in cash amounts to 20,000,000 marks, which is deposited in banks at 44 per cent. The Hohenzollern family claim ninety estates, of which seven are Crown domains and the balance private property.
