WILL OF LATE MR A.W. RUTHERFORD, SENR.
DISPOSAL OF ESTATE. The will of the late Mr Andrew "\Vm. Rutherford, sour., of Mendip Hills, lias been proved »or probate at the Supreme Court. It is dated Juno 29th. 1917. but includes a codicil dated September 18th, 1917. which revokes several bequests to relatives niado in the original will. The trustees appointed in the will are Mcwrs A. "W. Kntherford. junr.. whom the predeceased fcy only a short time. T. C. Robinson, tho * testator's son-in-law, J v H. Stringer, of Christy church, accountant, rnd Xorman Rutherford. when lie corttcs of age. The sum of £500 is bequeathed to each of them •or testamentary espouses. The testators wife. Emily Ttuthcrford, is given all the houseliold effects at, the homestead at Mendip Hills, and tho house and outbuildings, with land not exceeding 20 acres, in trust during her life. Upon her death Norman Rutherford is to succeed to thorn. The sum of £5000 is left to the testator's daughter. Isabel Scott Robiiison, and'it is directed that the remainder of t-lie estate shall be realised in purfc to pay certain expenses and the logacy, and part shall remain in trust for Xorman Rutherford.
