THE JUDGE'S FINDINGS

In the I.W.W. report Mr Justice Street finds that the charges of misconduct against the police are not proved. The evidence raisod no suspicion that the alleged misconduct occurred, and no fresh facts were elicited raising a doubt regarding the guilt of the conyictod men, Scully impressed! Mr Justice Street as a criminally-mind-ed man of a dangerous type 3 treacherous and quite unscrupulous. There 'was little doubt that he was far more deeply implicated in any criminal conspiracy to cause incendiarism than he admits.
