Circulars issued by the People's Day Committee announce that the reign of Bolshevism in the United States starts on Friday. A proclamation cancels all debts, public and private, repeals all statutes and ordinances, declares vacant all public offices, and directs military and naval organisations to dissolve immediately. New York remains calm.
