LONDON, November 6. lho Admiralty announces that the United Kingdom, Allied, and Neutral merchant ship construction in the third quarter of 1918 trailed 1,384,000 tons, of which the United Kingdom output was 411,395. .The former figure exceeds the losses from all causes by nearly 500,000 tons. The United Kingdom's output in October was 136,000 tons, makittg ,1,311,000 tons since January Ist, compared ' with 892,000 in the corresponding period of last year. GERMAN BOATS SEIZED. ("The Times.") WASHINGTON, November 6. The Chilian inilitaiy and naval authorities have seized all German boats in Chilian ports.
