GERMANS REFUSED PERMISSION TO GO THROUGH HUNGARY. (Renter's Telegrams.) (Received November Bth, 1.5 a.m.) LONDON, November 6. Reliable news shows that the Hungarians refused to permit six German divisions, under General Mackensen, on the Danube, to retire through Hungary. It is assumed that they will fall into our hands, together with the German troops and artillery in Caucasia. THE RETURN OF STOLEN MACHINERY. LONDON, November 6. Many newspapers insist on Germany being early compelled to return the large quantities of mill and other machinery stolen from France and Belgium, to prevent the latter being handicapped in after-war production to Germany's advantage. BELGIAN PRISONERS RELEASED. (Australian and N.Z, Cablo Association.) AMSTERDAM, November 6. A report from Beilin states that all Belgian civilian prisoners in Germany have been released. GERMANY BREAKS WITH THE BOLSHEVIKS. . (Reuter'a Teleprama.) (Recoived November 7th. 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, November 6. Germany has broken off relations with the Bolshevik Government. * (Received November' 7th, II p.m.) AMSTERDAM, November <5. In consequence of the discovery in the Bolshevik diplomatic mail of pamphlets printed in German, inciting German workers and soldiers to revolt, it *s officially announced that Germany is demanding guarantees from Moscow that such propaganda shall cea9e, and that the murder of Count Mirbach shall be adequately expiated. Meanwhile Germany has requested the withdrawal bf representatives of the Bolshevik Government from Berlin, and has withdrawn the German representatives from Moscow.
