KAISER'S PALACE STRONGLY GUARDED. (Received November 7th, 7.55 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, November 6. The Kaiser's Palace in Berlin is protected by four lines of guards, consisting of Uhlans and machine-gunners, and two lines of infantry, while artillery is posted in the vicinity.
