MONTHLY MEETING. The Lyttelton Harbour Board met yesterday. Present—Mesera Albert Kaye (chairman), F. Horreii, H. B. Soreneen, Geo, Scott, -13. J. Howard, J. J* Graham, T. A. Blackler, TV. J. Matters relating to the master and mate of the tug l>ytte2ton, applications for the position of mate of the tug LvtteHon, and the application from the Boarcrs office staff for increased wages were referred to the Harbour Improvement Committee, Several Canterbury members of Parliament wrote, promising support of the Board's resolution Regarding the Government paying dues on ships and goods. The Board's eeal was affixed to the lease of office* from the Christchufcli Txomway Board-. The tender of Reese Brothers for the supply of 200 iroobark piles was accepted.
