At the final meeting 1 of the Lyttelton Com mittee in charge of the local "Our Day" ef fort, tho treasurer's report disclosed ■ the fol lowing:—Gross receipts £dbS Is, and expens?i £2, leaving a sum of £356, being £1 over th< quota allotted the Lyttelton district. Mucl satisfaction was expressed with the generoui response to the appeal.
