Eastorn communique states: — The Serbians have reached the front of the Stagarijesava River, twonty kilometres north of Kraguievatz, taking several hundred prisoners. Towards Ujice and the frontier of Herzegovina the Serbians have reached the passes west of Chachaji. Jugo-Slavs are operating in Montenegro, and havo advanced beyond Ipek and Diakova. RISING IN MONTENEGRO. (Reuter's Telegrams.) (Received October 31st, 7.45 p.m.) BERNE, October 35. There is a general rising in Montenegro. The Austrians are hastily evacuating the country. The Austrian Gov-ernor-General has left Cettinje, the capital, for Vienna.
