The "Leipziger Tageblatt," published at Berlin, states that the Government crisis has reached a climax. The majority of the parties are firmly resolved to form a Parliamentary Government which will pursue the policy demanded by the seriousness of the situation independently of main headquarters. The Social Democrats have declared their readinesß to enter the new Government on condition that two or three posts ore given to them. The Socialists' decision rests with the Centre party, which meets on Monday. DISASTROUS MUNITION WORKS FIRE. VIENNA,. September 20. An official message states: A fire in munition works at Woellersdorf caused a panic among the .workers. There were a groat number' of victims. The cause of the outbreak has not been discovered.
