UNION ROWING CLUB. The fifty-sccond annual meeting of th"i CJnion Rowing Club was held at the club's Doftthouse last evening. Mr D. Lee (presilent) occupicd the chair, and there, was a jood attendance of members. The adoption of the annual report and bal-moe-sheet, a summary of which has been ilready published, wag moved by the chairman, who congratulated the cl*:b on Ha sound financial position, and appealed to members to co-operate in making the club's soming season a successful one from a rowing ia well as from a social point of view. Tha motion was seconded by Mt F. D. Kesteven, md carried unanimously without discussion. The election of offioecrs resulted as follows:—President, Mr D. tee; vice-presi-lents, the Hon. C.
