A case against Alexander B.' Mitchell, for' allowing liquor to be sold on his premises before hours was dismissed, the Magistrate deciding that as the liauor had been ■ eupplied by a person who had no. authority to dispense liquor, defendant could not be , .. held responsible for such action.
