The "Now York World's" Washington correspondent states that advices j from most reliable sources in Europe | say that the Turkish Government is in negotiation with Jewish leaders in Germany. Austria, and Hungary regarding the alleviation of the condition of the Jews in Palestine. A proposal has been made to abolish Jewish immigration restrictions. Land purchasing and other reforms are proposed, amounting to autonomous government.
