(PRKSi association TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON. August 23. The balance of the reservists in Clais C. numbering 3000 to 4000, will be called U P by a "Gaaette" to be issued on September 18th. The date of the first ballot for Class I) has not yet been decided, but it is stated that it is not likely to be before Novemoer at the earliest.
