AUSTRIAN CABINET RESIGNS. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright) (Reutei's Telegrams.) COPENHAGEN, July 22. A Vienna message states that the Aiutrian Cabinet has resigned. It is anticipated that Count Czernin will form a new Cabinet. . i(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Reuter'n Telegram*.) (Received July 23rd, 10.5 p.m.) LONDON, July. 22. A Vienna message states that the Emperor Carl has accepted Rittcr von Seidler's resignation. Count Czernin is forming a new Cabinet. Renter states that the resignation of tho Austrian Cabinet was due to the refusal of Ritter von-Seidler to support the Germans and Austrians, and to accede to the demand of the Poles and Slavs, who are in the majority. The Austrian defeat on the Piave, the German failure on the Marne, and the economic distress in Austria, were alsc contributing factors. BERNE, July 22. Ai the reassembling of the Austrian Parliament two Socialist deputies revealed that while a crowd of women and children at Pilsen (Bohemia) surrounded a consignment . of bread destined for Skoba, a squad of Boldiers fired, killing five children, and wounding men, women, and children, some fauiliv. The deputies demanded the pun>shment of those responsible. The revelations caused a sensation among the public. ("The Times.") BEIINE, July 22. The hangman having failed to arrive, three hundred Czechs, formerly in the Austrian army, and who had been taken prisoners at the Piave, fighting for Italy, were summarily shot. AH went to their death calmly. In last letters home they wrote that they gloried in such a death.
