SLIGHT MISHAP TO TRANSPORT. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, July 23. Rumours have been in circulation that soino mishap occurred to th© 39th Reinforcements. Tho position is that the transport carrying tli© 39ths touched ground while entering a port of call, but was re-floatod. Thero were no casualties.
