MAGISTERIAL. (Before Mr T. Ai B. Bailey, S.M.I DRUNKENNESS. A first offender was fined os. INDECENT EXPOSURE. Richard Temple, charged with wilfully and obscenely exposing his person, was* sentenced to threo months' imprisonment. MAINTENANCE. Eleanor Parker (Mr J. A. Cassidy) proceedod against Amadeo Francis Parker (Mr G. Otley) for a variation of a maintenance order and for disobedience of tho order. Defendant was ordered to pay 6s per week as maintenance. Consideration of the question of arrears ■was postponed for threo months. ALLEGED THEFT OF SEED. (press association telegram.) AUCKLAND, July 22. Thomas Arthur Kemp, late assistant manager of tho Farmers' Union Trading Company, was charged at the Police Court with'the theft of seed valued at £149, and was remanded, bail being allowed, self in £300 and two sureties of £150 cach.
