LONDON, January 23. The Rome correspondent of the ''Morning Post" states that the visit of Signor Orlando (Italian Premier) to Paris is welcomed as a proof that .the Italian Government intends to discuss the unfortunate impressions created bv the omission of Italy's claims .-n the speeches of President Wilson and Mr Lloyd George.
