SIR JAMES ALLEN'S WARNING. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.I WELLINGTON, May S. In a statement made to-day, Sir James Allen, Acting-Prime Minister, dwelt on tho need for certain economies. 'Wc should economise in the goods and produce we buy—especially coal, wheat, oil, and paper," said Sir James. "We should bo able to produce enough ooal and wheat. All should strive to engage in useful industry. The call to all is to put aside everything for efficiency sake, and produce as much as possible.'"
